Matthew G. Ukishima

Attorney / Co-founder

For over 20 years, Matt has represented clients in personal injury, employment, and commercial disputes in state and federal court throughout Oregon and Washington.  Over that time Matt has developed deep knowledge and experience helping clients in highly-regulated industries, including for-hire transportation and logistics, product design and manufacturing, jobsite injuries, and gaming.  Previously, Matt was a partner at a regional litigation defense firm specializing in commercial transportation and serious personal injury and large loss property damage cases.  Matt takes pride in developing working relationships with his clients, their insurance companies and with other attorneys. 

Matt was awarded a Super Lawyers distinction for 2017 – 2019, 2021 – 2022.  Super Lawyers is a designation of top-rated practicing attorneys selected through extensive evaluation.

Matt was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.  A proud alum of St. Louis High School, he earned his post-graduate degrees from Gonzaga University and Gonzaga School of Law.  Matt and his wife have three boys, all of them passionate Portland Trail Blazers and Zags fans.
